CodingHatch provides users with professional software development, web design, mobile application development, and digital marketing services. We strive to ensure our services are available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

CodingHatch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice or liability.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the CodingHatch platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

CodingHatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

5. User Content

CodingHatch services may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content to the service, you grant CodingHatch the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy
• Infringes on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of computer software or hardware
• Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity

CodingHatch's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CodingHatch.

All code, designs, and deliverables created by CodingHatch for clients are subject to the specific terms outlined in individual service agreements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement, CodingHatch retains intellectual property rights until full payment is received.

8. Termination

CodingHatch may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact CodingHatch to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CodingHatch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

CodingHatch's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and in no event shall exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using our services.
